Finance Manager

Location: Mumbai


Seniority Level: Mid to Senior Level


  • Responsible for production and maintenance of Svami’s financial statements, including P&L’s, multi-period budgets/ forecasts and cash flows

  • Prepare revenue forecasts

  • Responsible for monthly/Quarterly reporting of Actuals, comparing them with plan/latest forecast and writing detailed commentary for variances

  • Handling accounts and finance, planning, budgeting and forecasting

  • Finalisation of monthly management accounts strictly in time sound manner

  • Reporting on forecasting, forecast versus actuals, budgets vs forecasts

  • Responsible for Balance sheet reconciliation & fluctuation analysis

  • Maintaining books of accounts, ledgers etc.

  • Provide analytical support to the Management as necessary

  • Manage on-going relationships with investors

  • Responsible for GST, TDS and other Statutory & Regulatory compliances and its implementation



  • Chartered Accountant

  • 4+ years’ experience in inventory based company or ecommerce company

  • Strong analytical and financial orientation

  • Experience in Accounting, Expenses accruals & analysis and capital expense expenditure analysis.

  • Ability to multi-task and perform under deadline

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and summarize information to identify trends and risks

Trade Brand Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face and voice of Svami who will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our products through various channels. He should be an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with a considerable social media presence. Role may include attending trade shows and events to showcase Svami. He/she should ultimately be able to increase Svami’s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.


  • Conduct effective training sessions at bars & with bartenders across the city

  • Assist in organizing trade / marketing events

  • Participate in trade shows as a spokesperson for Svami

  • Demonstrate how a product works & generate public interest in the brand

  • Develop strategies to increase brand awareness

  • Curate special beverage menus and activations programs for partner restaurants

  • Planning out menus, setup themes, introducing new concepts at activities viz. popups, workshops, tastings

  • Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities

Job Summary: We are looking to hire a marketing and events manager who is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Svami in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Moreover, s/he should be able to clearly set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project. Role may involve traveling to onsite inspections and project managing events and being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

Responsibilities / Expectations:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and engage with target audience

  • Organize and initiate successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

  • Build strategic relationships and brand tie-ups with relevant names in the industry

  • Prepare and maintain a marketing budget

  • Measure and report on the performance of ongoing campaigns and assess against organisation goals

  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics

  • Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency and through all marketing channels



  • Bsc/Msc in Marketing or related field

We are looking to hire a Key Accounts Manager / Sr. Sales Manager who will define the relationship between Svami and the consumers and will define individual approach of sales personnel to specific consumers in order to create strong and lasting relationship with key clients. Main objective is to manage key accounts in order to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies of these accounts.


  • Strive to build and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives

  • Maintain and update sales funnel and initiate sales reviews in conjugation with senior sales executives

  • Ensuring profitable sales volumes and strategic objective targets

  • Implement sales strategies that lead to high consumer satisfaction

  • Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach sales target

  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within a territory

  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics



  • Degree in Business Management or related field

He/she must be able to discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Communication skills are key for this job, we are on the look someone who is comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products through email and phone. Ultimately, he/she should meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region.

  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of the company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets

  • Handling all segments of sales i.e. B2B sales, General Trade / Modern Trade
